Cerro Carbón
From the summit, you'll have Bariloche spread out before you, with Lake Nahuel Huapi directly in front and the mountains rising in the distance.
There are two ways to ascend. One option is the longer route, which zigzags more and has a more gradual incline. The other is a much more direct climb, shorter but also considerably more demanding, as it gains elevation over a shorter distance.
Whichever route you choose, the views from the top make the effort entirely worthwhile. If you can, try to climb at sunset: watching the sun dip below the horizon and Bariloche begin to light up is a truly spectacular sight.
