The Sanubari
A very comfortable left that breaks right in front of the hotel The Sanubari. A wave mainly over a sandy bottom with some rock at the bottom, but you don't even notice it — fairly clean and easy to read, so it's quite safe and suitable for all levels, from people who are starting out to intermediates who want to practise turns.
It's usually fairly quiet in terms of people, so you can surf with space, something rare in Indonesia. Plus the beach is one of the best beaches I've been to in the world.
