Romantic Beach
Issyk-Kul is such a large lake that in some places it literally looks like a beach. The water is incredibly clear and, surprisingly, in the summer it wasn't as cold as we expected. There were quite a few people swimming, and it's a really nice spot to cool off.
I've marked this spot because it's where we stopped and we liked it a lot, but this whole stretch of the coast has some really beautiful areas where you can stop and swim.
