Hooker Valley
A breathtaking viewpoint in the heart of Hooker Valley, where you stand in the middle of an endless valley with its low, golden wheat fields and mountains looming above you. It's literally a scene from Lord of the Rings; scenes from Rohan were filmed here. For me, it was one of the most epic places in New Zealand.
