Malapascua - Shark Dive
One of the most legendary spots to see thresher sharks, and if you're lucky, tiger sharks (we saw a tiger shark) in their natural habitat. You set off at dawn from Bounty Beach towards Monad Shoal or Kimud Shoal. It's a kind of "sunken island" that starts at around 10 meters deep and drops to 25 meters, disappearing into the blue. In the shallower part are the cleaning stations, where at dawn the sharks surface and swim close to the divers. You stay still on the bottom, and they appear calmly, without bothering you.
