Horsetail Waterfall
This is the grand finale of the Ordesa Valley and one of the most legendary spots in the Pyrenees. The Arazas River plunges down, forming a wide waterfall with a powerful flow in spring and a gentler one in summer. The surroundings are spectacular, with vertical cliffs and alpine meadows. It gets quite crowded, as it's one of the most famous spots, but it's a must-see, both for the waterfall and for the incredible route through the Ordesa Valley.
It's not a place for swimming, but it's perfect for sitting, having a bite to eat, and enjoying the scenery after a good hike. From here, you can continue on to other more challenging routes like Monte Perdido (you'll need to be better prepared, and it's recommended to spend the night at the Goriz Refuge).
