Monte Perdido
At 3,355 meters, it is one of the most iconic mountains in the Pyrenees and one of the highest peaks in Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park. The route from the Ordesa Meadow is spectacular because it traverses practically all the landscapes of the valley: forests, waterfalls, the Cola de Caballo (Horsetail) waterfall, the Góriz refuge, and finally, the high mountain terrain to the summit.
It is a long and demanding route, but if you are in good physical condition and have mountain experience, it is one of the most rewarding treks you can do in the Pyrenees.
