The Mirador del Tombo (Picos de Europa)
Located in the heart of the Valdéon Valley, this spectacular natural balcony at 830 metres above sea level offers unbeatable views of the Central Massif. Watched over by its iconic sculpture of a chamois, the place gives an overwhelming contrast between the imposing limestone rock walls and the intense green of the valley. A must-stop and photogenic point on the road to Caín before doing the Cares Route.
