Pasarelas de Alquézar
It's a route that's always been there, but hey, it's beautiful and impressive. You walk above the Vero River, crossing footbridges that were built years ago. The surroundings are absolutely stunning. It's a short and very easy route; in fact, you can easily do it in regular shoes without needing anything too technical. We did it as a leisurely stroll before going to the restaurant where we were going to eat. That said, you shouldn't let your guard down: the last stretch can be a bit of an uphill climb. Considering that we're mountain people, that final ascent can be tiring, especially if the summer sun is beating down on you.
