Roque Nublo
It's located almost in the center of the island. It's an ancient aboriginal place of worship and is surrounded by a stunning landscape; it feels like you're in the Grand Canyon. From the top, there's a 360-degree view of the entire island, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Teide.
