Butterfly Valley
It's a breathtaking canyon with sheer rock walls that plunge directly onto a white sand beach and electric turquoise waters. It's named for the more than 80 species of butterflies that live there. Being a protected area, there are no large buildings or roads leading down to the sand, which has preserved its hidden paradise feel.
You can drive there and hike down, but it's incredibly steep with some scrambling sections. I took a full-day boat trip; they take you to different coves and beaches in the area.
