Spencer Battery
One of the best viewpoints for seeing the Golden Gate Bridge. It's located at the former military site of Battery Spencer, just across the bridge from San Francisco.
From the top, you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the Golden Gate Bridge, with the bridge practically in front of you, the bay, and the San Francisco skyline in the background. It's especially spectacular at sunset, when the light illuminates the bridge and the city.
