Cascada Escondida
The Hidden Waterfall is one of my top three spots in El Chaltén. It's a beautiful waterfall with Mount Fitz Roy in the background, and the combination is fantastic—you can take some amazing photos.
The spot is also very comfortable: you can easily walk down to the base of the waterfall, sit there, lie down for a while, or even take a nap if you're tired from the trek. With a bit of sunshine, it's one of those places you could easily spend a long time.
It's a really chill spot along a longer route, but it adds so much to the experience thanks to the surroundings and the views.
