Alexandria Bay
It's the final beach on the Noosa National Park trail, the typical destination after completing the entire Coastal Walk.
It's a huge, very long beach with white sand and quite clear water, though with a decent surf. It's surrounded by forest, so it has a beautiful setting overall.
It's a great beach to relax on after your hike, but you have to be careful swimming. I went in for a while, quite close to the shore, everything was fine… but about five minutes after I got out, a lot of blue bottle jellyfish started appearing. So watch out for this, because if they sting you, it hurts quite a bit. I was lucky because I didn't realize it until later.
There are no lifeguards or anything, so you have to be sensible.
