Mirador Cuernos
The best nearby panoramic viewpoint in Torres del Paine. You're standing right in front of the towers, with Lake Nordenskjöld in between. It's a spacious viewpoint with a bench; if you go at sunset, even better, as it will be deserted and you might be lucky enough to spot a puma. This viewpoint is closer than the other, more distant panoramic viewpoints that offer more detail of the massif, but this one is more impressive due to its proximity to the mountains.
