Air Terjun Kabut Pelangi
It's a really beautiful waterfall right next to Tumpak Sewu, but much less crowded.
It's a large waterfall with a significant drop, nestled within a fairly enclosed canyon, which gives it a really cool feel. It's not as spectacular as Tumpak, but it's definitely worth the visit.
On the one hand, you can just go to the main viewpoint. If you've been to Tumpak Sewu and are tired, this is the most common option. It's about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot, and you get a pretty good view of the waterfall head-on. It's nice, but nothing too extreme.
On the other hand, if you have the energy or decide to come back another day, you can hike all the way down. You descend the entire trail to the canyon and then hike back up the river to reach the base of the waterfall. This is the truly beautiful part of the spot. It's not technical, but it is longer and has a significant incline, so it can be tiring.
The experience is fantastic because there are hardly any people, the setting is very enclosed like a canyon, and there's a lot of water spray, so you're definitely going to get wet. Down below must be amazing, although even just the viewpoint is quite enjoyable.
