Bassa d'Oles
It's a small mountain lake located 20 minutes from Vielha. Very easily accessible, with parking right in front. It's surrounded by forests and offers beautiful views of the valley.
It's ideal for walks, picnics, and a relaxing day, rather than for strenuous adventures. There's a short circular trail, though. It also serves as the starting point for trails leading up to peaks like Montpius, Tuc de Letassi, and Tuc de Cuenques.
In winter, it often freezes over or is covered in snow, while in summer it's lush and green. You can also fish for trout in the lake.
