Tina Menor
This viewpoint is right on the edge of Cantabria, next to the road that leads to Asturias or Pechón. It's not an epic spot to make a special trip to, but it's more than enough for a quick stop by car. From here you can see the Tina Menor estuary flowing into the sea with Playa del Sable in the background, and that contrast of intense green, water, and sky is fantastic.
