Laguna Chaxa
Laguna Chaxa is one of the best places to see flamingos in the area. It's not just one lagoon, actually; there are several smaller ones and a larger one, and the whole area is really cool.
First, you take a short walk where you see some lagoons with flamingos further away, and finally you reach the main one, where you can see them quite close and enjoy them much more. With the volcanoes in the background, the scenery is absolutely stunning.
