Are Guling
The wave I'm pointing out is the right-hander, the most famous at Are Guling. Fast, long, and a lot of fun, with sections where you can really push the turns and others where it gets more hollow.
It's a very complete wave, but it's not for beginners. The best time is usually from October to April, when the wind is calmer, but there's swell practically all year round, so you can always find good days.
