Mirador Laguna Cisnes
The Laguna Cisnes viewpoint is located within Patagonia National Park and is one of the high points on the Chacabuco Canyon trail.
It's quite different from the more "classic" Patagonia, because the landscape here is drier, with many vicuñas and plenty of wildlife. It's also an area where it's easier to spot pumas, although obviously not always the case.
From the top, you have sweeping views of all the surrounding mountains, and the landscape changes considerably compared to what you see below.
If you continue along the circular route, you'll eventually reach some open plains with excellent views of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. It's a fairly comprehensive hike within the park.
You can even continue further to the suspension bridge, although that's a longer route.
