Playa Ancha
It's an open beach within the fjord, so it's nothing like a typical beach: the water is cold and the surroundings are completely Patagonian.
Even so, the walk there is lovely, because you cross all the wooden walkways of the village, skirting the hillside, with views of the fjord and the houses of Caleta Tortel.
It's a great way to end the day or for a leisurely stroll before catching the ferry.
